HIRE PROCESS:

Once you have received confirmation from us, you can then add this item to your cart and process payment. As majority of our hires come through in store, our calendar is managed in store and is not online for you to select dates. Do NOT process payment until you have received confirmation from us. No bookings are secure until payment is made.
• Select postage or pick up at our Traralgon studio.
• All terms and conditions are noted at checkout. By processing payment, you agree to these terms.
• Receive/collect your garment. All postal orders are sent out 3-5 business days prior to hire period start date, via Express Post. In the event your postal order doesn’t fit, we offer a store credit.
• Wear your garment and enjoy your event.
• Tag @rentedstyleau in photos on Instagram to receive 10% off your next full priced hire.
• Do not launder the garment, dry cleaning is included in all our hire fees.
• Postal hires: post back in the supplied return satchel if selected return postage. Alternatively, purchase an Express Post satchel and post back Monday (for a weekend hire) or day following the hire for weekday hire) at the post office. Please provide us with the tracking details once shipped off as proof of postage. Late fees apply, $10.00 per day the dress is late.
• Pick up hires - return in Traralgon using our after hours drop box. Late fees apply, $10.00 per day the dress is late.
