The dresses with quality issues like wrong Size, wrong color, wrong style, and damaged condition are fully refundable. We offer 100% Refund, or re-make one, or return 50% if you keep the dress.But if we make the dress according to your specification, it turn out to be wrong, we couldn't accept return and refund. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they may be.
