Like new Giuliana. The bodice and skirt have been lined so they will not be sheer. You could remove this in alterations to make the bodice and/or the skirt sheer. See measurement section for sizing. It could be taken in up to about 1.5 to maybe 2 inches smaller. Netta size 44/18 - street size 8.
