The bodice is a beautiful pleated shelf-bust sweetheart. I adore the polka-dot print which flows into an adorable back bow. The nipped waist full circle-skirt with ruffle hem silhouette is so flattering! This garment truly shows why he remains influential and predominant today. As Oleg Cassini once said, "Fashion anticipates...elegance is a state of mind."
