The straps are adjustable and very comfortable in the same padded pleather. Lightweight.

Holds a ton of stuff.... I'd do some shopping to make sure this fits your needs. There are a ton of backpack's in this price range and some appear to have more features.... Also looks... some are cooler looking, but that's just my opinion...even though I'm right... This will do well for you as others will do too...
