How to Wear
1. Start with a clean, dry surface
2. Cut the tape to the desired length.
3. Peel back half of the adhesive backing and apply the tape to your skin, starting at the outer edge of your breast.
4. Apply pressure to the tape to secure it in place.
5. Repeat on the other side.
6. Finally, put on a shirt or dress over top.

- Do not use on open wounds or skin that is irritated.
