Great vintage condition. Note that there are small pockets of the dress that do not have sequins; it's not 100% clear, but most likely, this is intentional/part of the dress's design. The sequins are as in-tact as they could be, but note that some minor loss to the embellishment is always to be expected with dresses like this.
