This vintage Valentino black silk dress was made in Italy in the 1980's. This is a really pretty vintage evening dress that can be worn with a simple wrap or a cropped jacket. The lace throughout this dress has a sheer silk backing and we especially love the delicate lace on the bust.
The skirt of this dress has a flounce hem and two layers of black silk that gather so beautifully. There is a slit in the front of the skirt and adjustable straps to allow you to determine your desired length. The length of this dress hits at about middle of the thigh and above the knee with the hem slightly curving up on the sides. There is a metal zipper and hook and eye down the right seam for closure.
This great dress has the Valentino Night label and we estimate this would best fit a modern 6.
