Its parallel clean path and tunable wide-spectrum response make it excel at processing not only guitar, but also bass, drum-machines, synthesizers… anything really. It’s omnivorous! 

Features:

• Extra wide GAIN range with selectable gain STRENGTH for extra headroom or extra insanity. Achieve anything from almost clean boost, to gritty overdrive, to wild blown out distortion to bizarre glitchy sagging madness.
• VOICE switch provides 3 distinct flavors of the effect, each with different clipping stages and tone stack configurations. Blistering op-amp, wooly germanium, searing silicon, symmetric and asymmetric clipping are each featured in the various voices.
• BIT activates an all-analog bit crusher (!!!) that smashes your signal into a full-on square wave. It’s basically the most extreme hard clipping physically possible. Depending on gain this can produce massive searing sustain, fun chiptunes tones, or glitchy gated weirdness.
• SHAPE knob controls which frequencies of your input will hit the distortion. At lower gain settings this serves as a pre-distortion tone control. At higher gain settings it interacts in chaotic and unpredictable ways, completely changing the response of the distortion circuit.
• TONE allows final sculpting of the distorted signals EQ balance.
• LEVEL and CLEAN knobs allow independent volume control for the effect signal and an unaffected parallel clean path. Mix the body and clarity of your clean instrument with your distortion sound for the best of both worlds.
