What should I review about returns or refunds before purchasing?

Read the policy that applies to the actual product and seller. Check whether the policy distinguishes different types of purchase.

What should I check if I need to change or cancel an order?

Do not assume a request has been accepted until you receive confirmation. Check any deadline stated for making changes before relying on it.

What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?

Review whether the checkout process showed a completed submission or an unfinished step. Do not treat an unsuccessful-looking page alone as proof that submission failed.
